Description: This picture was taken in 1947 on Fanshaw Bank and the players are from L to R starting on the back row:- Billy Meakin, Gerald Marshall, Keith Orton, Roy Bennett, Eric Booth, John Lindley, Walter Meakin, Raymond Meakin, George Platts, Edwin Robinson, Louis Haslam & Barry Meakin. The reason for the name was because the team could not afford a set of shirts!
