Description: During 1964 & 1965 some of these Ivatt Class 4 mixed-traffic engines were allocated locally, to Staveley. Possibly this one, which is hauling mineral-waggons 'tender-first' (i.e. is running backwards) is one of the engine's from Staveley (Barrow Hill) 'shed'. Members of the class, whilst no longer based in this area, may have continued to visit as late as 1967. ('Mogul': this is the name given to the engines' wheel arrangement).
