Description: The park was once a medieval deer park, situated near to Muggington. The park was the chief royal hunting seat and was frequented by King Edward I 1290 and 1293, and later King Edward II.
The area in the midground is now a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) and is managed by Natural England.
