Description: A copy of an 1890 photograph. The will of John Cook reads as follows - This is the last Will and Testament of me John Cook in the parish of Ockbrook in the County of Derby, Farmer and Miller, Being of sound mind I hereby bequeath unto my wife lawfully married, Phoebe Cook Widow of the late Samuel Hunt of Ockbrook in the County of Derby, Miller, all and every my right share and title or part in the Property or real Estate in the Parish of Ockbrook in the County of Derby consisting or comprising of a Dwellinghouse, Wind Mill and all other Buildings, Orchard, Gardens and Lands my Freehold Property and subject by way of Mortgage, and all other description of property that I may be possessed at the time of my decease to hold for her own use and benefit during her life and after the death of the said Phoebe Cook I futher will and bequeath the said real property consisting of dwellinghouse, Wind Mill and all outbuildings, Orchard, Gardens and Lands my Freehold Property, situate at Ockbrook unto Thomas Hunt my son in law and eldest son of of the late Samuel Hunt and my wife Phoebe Cook and also my personal property of every description after my wife's death unto the said Thomas Hunt my son in law and to his heirs, administrators and assigns to hold and use as he shall think fit or proper and also it is my Will and mind that after my Wife's death the sum of Five pounds to be paid to Samuel Hunt and likewise Five pounds to be paid to Edward Hunt my sons in law and that the said legacies to be paid within twelve months after my Wife's decease. And I hereby nominatte and appoint Thomas Hunt of Ockbrook in the County of Derby my son in law to be sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament.
