Description: The following extract appeared in Bolsover Remembered (Haigh): 'behind what is now the fish and chip shop stood a derelict stone dwelling with red pantiled roof, which in 1906 was a fine property complete with stables and cartsheds, housing the business of Mrs Elizabeth Coupe and her youngest son Oscar. Together they managed a thriving road haulage concern comprising six carthorses, two carriage horses, four carts, a horse drawn removal van and a wagonette. This building is today incorporated into the Cavendish Walk development.'
