Description: Champions of the Heanor & District League, 1935-1936, outside the Horse & Jockey. The goal keeper (back row) was Edgar Masling. His brother Fred (the shorter man, fifth from left on middle row) was a general 'dogs body' for the team. The gentleman in the dark suit next to Fred has been identified as Mr Wright Woodhouse, the Licensee, but has also been identified as a local doctor! The original photograph and a small cup are kept at Ripley Library.
