Description: Erasmus and William Lynam were tenant farmers of 101 acres here in 1838. It was part of a large land holding belonging to Sir Richard Paul Jodrell on Duffield Bank. The farmlands have been reduced and in the 1990's were in the hands of A E and H C Phillips.
