We know from the donor of this picture that one of the original postcards was posted from Southwell on 6th August 1909 to an address in Manchester. One of the comments in the message is "This is the place where the Choir went last Friday. You will know some of them". The previous Friday was the 30th July. However the message doesn't say where the place is. The choir is probably from the Holy Trinity Church in Southwell.
