About this image
Looking North from a view near Peak Tor at the Great and Little Rowsley, by the confluence of the Derwent and Wye Rivers. A locomotive is hauling a train under full steam on the left. The old flour mill is in the centre foreground. Beyond this are the rows of Midland Cottages in Little Rowsley. The gables of the Peacock Hotel can just be seen above the trees to the left of the flour mill.
