Also known as the Admiral Rodney Inn. This inn was possibly named after Admiral Sir George Brydges Rodney(1719-92), a British naval commander. He gained prominence as the commander of naval actions against the Dutch at St Estatius, Saba and St Martins, in the West Indies, in the early 1780s.
