Experimenting with Talkie-Colour Film at a mannaquin parade on the roof garden on the Emporium, Long Eaton. They were the first Co-operative Society to start making their own films. It was such a succes they went on to introduce the Talkie-Colour Film. Camera Operator: Mr J H Poyser; Sound Recordist: Councillor J R Davis; Commentator: Mr Campbell. The mannaquins are Miss Birley and Miss Freda Hallam, past and present carnival queens.
