About this image
Little Hallam Hall is a 16th century timber-framed house with a brick-built wing of 18th century date. It is listed Grade II and is Ilkeston's oldest surviving domestic residence. This view is looking north-east and shows both portions of the house. Today the Hall is accessed from a modern road called The Spinney that did not exist at the date of this photograph.
