Old Co-Op Buildings, King William Street, Ironville, 1970s
King William Street
About this image
This is King William Street and not Cinder Bank as previously thought. Cinder Bank runs parallel to King William Street from another canal bridge. Showing the school next to the church on the upper left of the picture. The Co-Op buildings are the ones with a red door and the building below on the middle left of the picture. King William Street was constructed by The Butterley Company as part of their 'model village'.
