Train is a SLS Special, engine number 68012. A 'J94' class 0-6-0 saddle-tank hauling an express-passenger train (the oil lamps placed above each buffer indicate the class of train). Information on the 'headboard' ("SLS...") shows this train had been organized by a railway enthusiasts' club. See DCHQ008719. Note the signal wires along the side of the cutting.
