This view was taken on Bradley Lane (B6051) in the Cordwell Valley with the camera looking east towards Common Side, close to the crossroads with Johnnygate Lane and Highlightley Lane. An AA (Automobile Association) patrolman on his motorcycle combination is heading in the direction of Millthorpe, while the car on the right is registered WE 8134 (issued by Sheffield County Borough Council at some date between 1927 and 1930 and most probably nearer the latter date); it may well have belonged to the photographer. Can anyone identify the make and model of car?
