The photograph was untitled as to who and what is going on, but the man on the left in the Derby County Football shirt looks like Roy McFarland (who played for England in 28 International matches between 1971 and 1976 and for Derby County). The Hospital opened in 1902 as an isolation Hospital. It finally closed in 1988
